On Monday, 28 November 2011 the Grand Gala of the Pearls of Polish Economy (Perły Polskiej Gospodarki) was held at the Grand Theatre – of the National Opera in Warsaw. The honorary patronage of the Gala was taken by the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Professor Michał Kleiber and the Minister of Economy, Waldemar Pawlak. The 9th Edition of the Ranking has been prepared jointly by the monthly magazine “Polish Market” and the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. It was the next time when Mostostal Puławy S.A. was awarded a certificate in the ranking Polish companies and earned the title of the Pearl of Polish Economy in the category of Large Pearls.

On Tuesday, 29 November 2011 in the premises of Lublin Business Club there a meeting was held, organised by the Lublin Brand Academy titled “Visionary leadership – effective creation and management”. Employees of Mostostal Puławy took part in that meeting. Many vital issues related to shaping future of enterprise were presented during the training, and it was attempted to answer the question how to protect company against crisis. The meeting was an opportunity for the participants to exchange their experiences.

On 16 November 2011 Mr. President Tadeusz Rybak took part in the Regional Business Forum which was held in the Europa Hotel in Lublin. The participants of the Forum had an opportunity to discuss about supporting the regional development, chances and barriers of the local entrepreneurship as well as about raising funds and financing economic projects. The meeting was also an opportunity for the entrepreneurs to exchange their experiences and establish business relations.

Between 4 and 14 November 2011 an exotic trip to Kenya was organised. At the beginning of the journey the employees of Mostostal Puławy participated in four-day safari, where they had a chance to see the most beautiful national parks and wild animals, as well as tribes living there the way their ancestors did, who preserve traditions unchanged for centuries. The remaining part of the holiday they spent on the coast of the Indian Ocean in the picturesque city of Mombasa.

At the beginning of November 2011 Mostostal Puławy begun the assembling of power boiler with fluidized bed in a thermal power plant in Kyröskoski, Finland. The scope of work includes: complete mechanical assembly of the boiler (pressure part, exhaust ducts and air, external piping and other equipment).
