The Office of Technical Inspection certifies that according to the Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 (The Construction Products Regulation or CPR),this certificate applies to the construction products: structural metallic products and ancillaries, steel structural components in execution classes up to EXC4 as per the standard PN-EN 1090-2:2018-09 IDT EN 1090-2:2018, method 1,2,3b,3a according to Annex A as per the standard to PN- EN 1090-1+A1:2012 IDT EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 placed on the market under the name or trade mark and produced in the manufacturing plant Mostostal Puławy S.A. This certificate attests that all provisions concerning the assessment and verification of constancy of performance described in Annex ZA of the standard PN-EN 1090-1+A1:2012 IDT EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 under system 2+ are applied and that the factory production control is assessed to be in conformity with the applicable requirements.

Certificate in scope of transfer of material markings (re-stamp) on products with material's certificates of manufactures, who are approved according to the regulations for pressure equipment (Pressure Equipment Directive, 2014/68/EC in connection with AD 2000—Merkblatt W 0).
TÜV Thüringen Certificate confirming the compliance with the requirements of AD-2000 Merkblatt HP7/1 Chapter 2 and EN ISO 17663 for the company carrying out the heat treatment.
