On 17 May 2012 the president Tadeusz Rybak participated in the conference dedicated to the energetic policy, which was held in Hyatt Regency Warsaw Hotel ul. Belwederska. Such persons as Lena Kolarska-Bobińska (a Member of European Parliament) and Günther Oettinger (Commissioner for Energy, European Commission) attended this meeting.

Within 15-20 May the 56th Międzynarodowy Wyścig Przyjaźni Polsko-Ukraińskiej im. pułkownika Skopenki [Skopenko International Race of Polish and Ukrainian Friendship] took place. 62 cyclists among thirteen teams from Belarus, Poland and Ukraine participated in seven-stage race. After week struggle the coach of Pogoń Mostostal Puławy Mr Adam Wojewódka has a reason for e proud of his cyclists.

Within 12-13 May 2012 the first round of the Europe Cup in Cross Country and also Poland Championship and Poland Cup took place. The competition was held in an unusual place, on the mine waste dump where is a track from 7 to 9 km long with many drives and arduous uphill roads.

Within 02-06.05.2012 the Carpathian Couriers Race was held. The four-stage race is one of the most important junior races, which take place in the middle part of the old continent. This year’s competition was very stiff, mainly due to strong foreign teams. 25 teams were included to the start list, where 9 of them were Polish teams, among which the Pogoń Mostostal Puławy. At the fourth stage, Mr Głuszak Dariusz from Pogoń Mostostal Puławy took 5th place and 10th place in the general classification.

The third official presentation of the cycle team KS Pogoń Mostostal Puławy took place on Friday, 20 April 2012, in the Tavern in Parchatka near Puławy. Except for the cycle team and its coaches also the representatives of the sponsors, sport activists, members of a local government, and the deputy minister Włodzimierz Karpiński participated in this meeting.
