On 7-8 March 2012 the President of the Management Board, Tadeusz Rybak participated in the 12th edition of the Polish Power and Heat Engineering Congress POWERPOL which was held in Kazimierz Dolny on Vistula river. The Congress was organised under patronage of the Ministry of Economy, the Minister of Environment Marcin Korolec, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office Marek Woszczyk and the Parliamentary Power Industry Committee.
During the two-day meeting such topics were discussed as: energy policy of the Government and the Regulator in relation to the investment needs of the sector, the investments of energy capital groups operating in Poland, the heating market development prospects, the business marketing strategies and renewable energy.
