On Tuesday, the 6th of March 2012, President of the Mostostal Puławy, Mr. Tadeusz Rybak, and Director of the Steel Structure Factory, Mr. Paweł Iwaszko, participated in a seminar on safety and conformity assessment of steel structures in building. The meeting was organized by the Office of Technical Inspection UDT-CERT along with the Polish Chamber of Steel Structure. It was held in Warsaw, in the Centennial Hall of Polish Technical Supervision at Szczęśliwiecka 34 Street.
The purpose of the seminar was to present the latest approaches to performance of the steel and aluminum structures. The program included, among others, the rules for marketing and CE marking of construction elements used in building, connections of quality assurance system in the welding, with the PN-EN 1090 specification.
