The 13th XIII Multistage Race for “Baltic Cup” took place on 16 July and 17 July 2011. The cyclists competed in two categories Orlik and Junior. On Saturday two stages of the race were organised. The morning stage was a road race in Gościn in which thewinner was Jaroslaw Kowalczyk (Kellys GKS Cartusia Kartuzy) before Grzegorzem Stępniakiem (Stal Ocetix Grudziądz)and WojciechemWręgą (Pogoń Mostostal Puławy). And the evening one was a road criterium in Rewal.
The third of the stages was held on Sunday, it was a road criterium in Kołobrzeg. At the halfway Jarosław Kowalczyk and Piotr Kirpsza took the lead and determined the fate of the stage between themselves. The winner was Kirpsza who was just a few points ahead of Kowalczyk.
